Daniel C. Consuegra, Managing Partner
Dan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983 and founded the firm in 1986. An AV rated attorney with Martindale-Hubbell, he is admitted to the United States District Courts, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Dan received his undergraduate degree for the University of Maryland and graduated from Stetson University College of Law. Dan is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the Mortgage Bankers Association and is a former board member of the Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Florida Gulf Coast. He is a title insurance agent with Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, Inc. A founding member of the Default Attorney Group/DAG, Dan frequently lectures and writes on legal issues across the country. He manages the firm and concentrates on timeline management, complex litigation and loss mitigation. Dan is available on a daily basis to respond to client inquiries.

Josh Donnelly, Senior Attorney and Manager
Josh concentrates in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Foreclosure Litigation practice. Josh was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009 and is admitted to the US Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business in 2003 and his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2007, where he was a Marvin. L. Warner scholar. In addition to providing supervisory leadership in the firm, Josh frequently writes client updates and provides client training on bankruptcy topics.
