Mr. Consuegra was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1983. He is an AV rated attorney with Martindale-Hubbell. He is admitted to the United States District Courts, Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Dan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and he graduated from Stetson University College of Law. Dan is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, the Mortgage Bankers Association, the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association, and is a former board member of Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Florida Gulf Coast. He is a title insurance agent with Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc. He is a founding member of The Default Attorney Group/DAG. Dan is an accomplished speaker and frequently lectures on legal topics. He manages the firm and concentrates on timeline management, complex litigation, and loss mitigation. Dan is available on a daily basis to respond to client inquiries.
