We file through the ECF Case Management with the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Our accounting and case management is through Perfect Practice. Our computer system has built-in redundancy and we utilize offsite storage of data.

The office is contained in a secure, restricted access, stand alone facility. Entry for personnel is via unique individual PINs and visitor entry is via escort only. The facility is covered internally and externally by full time recording closed circuit television. The facility is protected by monitored intrusion detection, fire detection and fire suppression systems. The firm has a documented continuity of business/disaster recovery plan.
